Williams ' head of vehicle performance Dave Robson has compared and varied Alex Albon and George Russell's approaches to contending with the crew.
Albon replaced Russell after he departed for Mercedes for 2022 and Robson explained the two other different effects in their driving, with their differing styles having given Williams work to do when fine- tuning their car for this time.
"That took us time in testing over the downtime and indeed a many races to understand that driving style a bit more, " said Robson.
"Alex is fast and his geste and station are impeccable. I 'm veritably happy with that. "
Robson added the two do go about their driving with their own little nuances, but that could also be told by what they've driven ahead.
"He focuses on balance on turn- heft, " Robson explained. "That means a lot to him. "
Russell, meanwhile, was "more tolerant " at corner entry but a little bit more "sensitive " regarding car balance and chancing his sweet spot.
"But that could also be down to the buses , " Robson added. "I do n't know how George copes in the Mercedes. It does n't just come down to the motorists alone but also the buses . still, when he turns in he's happy, "If Alex has a car that works well at the front. "
Russell and Albon are good musketeers down from the circuit and Robson said that while they aren't the same when it comes to working with the crew, that doesn't mean one is better than the other.

Albon pulled off a feat in Australia before in the season which Pirelli said they hadn't seen for 12 times, having run nearly the entire race on the same set of tyres before stopping at the last possible moment.
That sterling trouble gave him and the crew their first point of the season and despite the threat of running the tyres significantly beyond Pirelli's recommendations, Robson said there hadn't been important in the way of drama from inside the cockpit.
"He was talking veritably, veritably little but was just happy and in his lair, just in( his) meter, " he said. "He'd no worries and everything was going well. Everything was going absolutely fine. "
