Alex Albon accepts that his 2022 season with Williams was the most grounded of his Formula 1 vocation to date as he got back from a year uninvolved.
Albon was dropped by Red Bull Hustling after a troublesome 2020 saw him battling to match partner Max Verstappen.
He went through last year hustling in the DTM prior to joining Williams as a swap for George Russell for this season.
He made the focuses on three events, procuring 10th spot in Melbourne and completing tenth in both Miami and Spa.
"I believe it's been a precarious one in certain regards," said Albon when gotten some information about his year.
"I feel like specifically talking, it's been an extremely good year. I believe it's been my most grounded year in F1. I haven't done numerous years, yet all at once out of the three, it's my most grounded one.

"I was somewhat responsive in that sense in 2020, only sort of allowing the vehicle to do its thing and afterward responding to that.
"Though this year, I simply feel like I had the option to put the vehicle where I need it. Furthermore, not to say that it's more steady, since it isn't, it's less steady. Yet, better believe it, honestly talking it seemed like, soon as I originally drove it, I immediately felt better in it.

Albon says that a solid opening race in Bahrain, where he made Q2 and qualified fourteenth, assisted with kicking start his season with Williams.
"I feel like Bahrain was a huge defining moment. Having a year away and having that sort of feeling of a smidgen of tension where you simply need to get out and get a few decent exhibitions right on time into the season to settle the nerves.
